This is our privacy statement that describes how and why we collect personal data and how we handle and store those data. You will also find your rights regarding your data and how to exercise those rights. This statement may change from time to time for instance with changes in law. We advise you to regularly check our statement.

Spot-On Insights® was founded based on our experience that companies can gain deeper insights into their data but frequently lack the resources, experience or tools. Using our broad experience and Spotfire Cloud as a business intelligence tool we realised we can offer expertise and professional business intelligence for everyone with affordable pricing

Spot-On Insights® is a private limited company owned by Lorem Insights Holding BV and MYTHE Holding BV.

We collect data for the execution of an agreement, this includes (but is not limited to) the name of our contact person, phone number, address, e-mail address, company, job role, VAT number, chamber of commerce number. On our website we also use Google Analytics to collect usage data.

All data required to submit invoices is shared with our administrative agency that supports us in tax declarations.

We do not sell your data to third parties, the data we collect is strictly used to do business with you, our client. Whenever it is required to share your data with a third party then we will first ask your consent to do so.

All data is stored for the legal term of 7 years.

You have a right of access, we will send / share the personal data we store if you so request.
You have the right to rectify the data when these have been transmitted incorrectly, changed or wrongly processed by us.
You have the right to transfer data: if you decide to switch to another party, then we will transfer the data to that other party.
You have the right to stop the use of your data when you indicate so.
You have the right to submit a complaint: if you want to submit a complaint then please go to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We do hope of course that you will first share your complaints or remarks with us so we can act upon them.

Spot-On Insights® collects data for the execution of an agreement. Data that are mandatory to deliver are the minimum required data for offering, delivering and invoicing the services or products in accordance with local law.

Our data is stored on our own encrypted servers which access is secured by two-step verification, SSL certificate and auto-IP blocking upon failed login attempts . Our PCs and mobile phones use a variety of security measure including password and/or fingerprint protected access, encryption and are secured by the latest anti-virus software. We apply security patches whenever these are released.
